SLEEP
Sleep monitor records sleep length with
division on two stages of sleep: deep sleep
and light sleep.
Circle area displays sleep duration and its
quality.
Time of falling asleep is displayed below
the circle on the left; awake time is
displayed on the right.
There are also information on the duration
of deep and light sleep stage as well as
total duration of sleep.
Press circle area, select desired period
and enter detailed report on your sleep.
The graph illustrates sleep duration in
a given day. Keep tapping the graph
repeatedly to zoom it in. Slide to the sides
to switch between the days. Tap and
hold desired bar to see sleep duration in
minutes.
Daily results of sleep are summed up and
displayed below the graph.
They allow to determine the quality of
monthly activity which consists of physical
activity and sleep.
