Terms of guarantee
1. In the case of private use of the device, we grant a guarantee of 24
months from the date of purchase to consumers. If the device is suitable
for commercial use, we grant a guarantee of 12 months for the device
when purchasing by the contractor.
2. The requirements for our guarantees are the purchase of the device in
Germany at one of our authorized dealers and the transmission of a copy
of the purchase receipt and this guarantee cer�ficate to us. If the device
is abroad at the �me of the warranty, it must be made available to us at
the expense of the purchaser to provide the guarantee services.
3. Defects must be reported to us in wri�ng within 14 days a�er discovery.
If the warranty claim is jus�fied, we decide how we handle the type of
damage / defect, whether by repair or by replacing with an equivalent
device.
4. Warranty claims are not provided for defects resul�ng from non-
compliance with the instruc�ons for use, improper handling or normal
wear and tear. Warranty claims are also excluded for fragile parts,
such as Glass or plas�c.
5. The purchase date is the beginning of the warranty period, any warranty
repairs do not extend the warranty period. This warranty is a voluntary
service from us as the manufacturer of the device. The statutory warranty
rights (supplementary performance, withdrawal, compensa�on and
mi�ga�on) are not affected by this guarantee.
Waste Management
The symbol above and on the product means that the product is
classed as Electrical or Electronic equipment and should not be
disposed with other household or commercial waste at the end of its
useful life.The Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Direc�ve(2012/19/EU) has been put in place to recycle products using best
available recovery and recycling techniques to minimisethe impact on the
environment, treat any hazardous substances and avoid the increasing landfill.
Contact local authori�es for informa�on on the correct disposal of Electrical
or Electronic equipment.

electromagne�c compa�bility(2014/30/EU) and the low voltage Direc�ve
