Set Pad over the headset
Loosen the quick release clamp on
bike frame and insert seat post.
For height adjustment, either have
your child stand next to bike, raising
seat height to just under the hip.
Alternatively sit them on the bike and
raise till they are flat footed with
knees slightly bent
