To recnarge,simply follow exactly the sameproce-
dure asin using your calculator on regular electrical
current. Remember, even in use. with the adapter
connected, Vour calculator js recharging. There is
no limit to how long your calculator may be plugged
into an electrical circuit; no harm can come to it
but it is recommendedthat you use your calculator
at least once in 24 houis. Minimum recharging cycle
is at least three hours but we do recommendleaving
your calculator plugged in overnight asa regular
proCedure.
For 9D23 and 9D25 Disposable Batory Models
Power Supply
Your calculator uses two standard I .5 volt
batteries type 'AA', available at most drug,
department and camera stores.
When the batteries weaken display will dim,
flicker or show wrong numbers. When this
occurs, replace the batteries observing the
polarity printed on the bottom
compartment.
Because batteries packed with machines will
ageand thus weaken — and can possibly leak,
thereby possibly causing serious damage —your
new calculator has not been packed
at the factory.

outlet and plug the jack into the calculator.

switch 'ON' (an interlocking
jack socket will prevent battery use if the jack
