Troubleshooting

Before contacting your dealer to complain, please check to see
if the problem can be solved by following the advice below:

Battery is empty
or not conected
correctly.
Transport lock
active
No contact to
the center pole
Battery is empty
/ tank is empty

and tear of the
battery
Solution
Charge the battery / connect
the battery. Clean the threads
of the battery and of the
vaporiser with a cloth. Deac-
tivate the transport lock.
Raise the center pole of the
battery up slightly, e.g. with a
thoothpick.
Recharge the battery / insert
a new tank.
Connect the charger (LED
status light red or green) /
resolve power failure.
Order a new battery from
your dealer or from red kiwi.
