Troubleshooting

Before contacting your dealer, please check to see if the problem can be solved by following the advice below:
Problem
Device is not working
There is too little vapour
Battery is not charging
Battery life is becoming
shorter and shorter
Possible Causes
Battery is empty or not inserted correctly.
Transport lock active
No contact on the centre pole
Battery is empty.
Tank is empty.
Core is weak.
Airflow Valve is closed.
Charger not connected / power failure
Normal wear and tear of the battery
Solution
Charge the battery / insert the battery. Clean the threads of the battery
and of the vaporiser with a cloth.
Deactivate the transport lock.
Raise the centre pole of the battery up slightly, e.g. with a thoothpick.
Recharge the battery.
Refill the tank with eLiquid.
Insert a new core.
Open the Airflow Valve.
Connect the charger /resolve power failure.
Order a new battery from your dealer or from red kiwi.
