Purifier Troubleshooting

Attention: Always disconnect the power supply before checking and servicing the equipment!
Phenomenon:The system still works, but the airflow is weak and the suction power is greatly reduced.
1.
Reason: The air inlet is blocked or there is foreign matter in the tube, the filtering system reaches saturation and fails to form a
blockage.
Treatment: Turn off the power, open the top cover, check whether there is foreign matter blocking the air inlet, then check whether
the air outlet is blocked. If the suction of the empty machine is normal, then the filter material needs to be replaced.
2. Phenomenon: The machine starts up and immediately shuts down automatically, turns on again and repeats the above phenomenon.
Reason: the internal airflow is not accessible, the resistance of the filter element is too large, resulting in excessive fan start-up
current, triggering the automatic shutdown of the overcurrent protection function.
Treatment: Turn off the power, open the front door, check whether there are foreign objects blocking the air inlet; then check
whether the air outlet is blocked. If the air blower can operate normally, the filter material needs to be replaced.
3. Phenomenon: The machine does not work.
Reason: the power cord is not plugged in; the three-in-one switch under the machine is not open; the fuse inside the switch is blown.
Treatment: check whether the power cord is plugged in properly, three-in-one switch is open; use a screwdriver to pry open the
three-in-one switch. Use a screwdriver to pry open the three-in-one switch's fuse mounting position, take out the internal spare
fuse and replace it, please contact the manufacturer for after-sales service if the problem is not solved after the above treatment.
