Der PowerMax230 Controller wurde zum Aufbau höchstwertiger Aktiv-2-Wegsysteme mit Subwoofern entwickelt. Als Leistungsverstärker werden in derartigen Systemen professionelle lineare Leistungsend- stufen wie beispielsweise DYNACORD L1000, L1600, L2400 oder S900, S1200 eingesetzt. Mit diesem Regler wird die Lautstärke für einen Mono Subwoofer eingestellt. Der Bassanteil von Kanal A und Kanal B wird gemeinsam in den Mono Subwoofer eingespeist. Mit dem „Mute“ Schalter läßt sich der Sub Out Mono stummschalten.
