INTENDED USE
• This appliance is only intended for grilling, defrosting and reheating solid
foods. Do not prepare liquid foods such as soups, sauces or stews with the airfryer.
• The appliance can be used to prepare all foods that can also be prepared in a standard oven.
• The hot air fryer is not a conventional deep fryer in which oil is used for frying.
The appliance works with hot air. Do not fill the containers with oil or fat.
• Do not overfill the containers so that the food does not touch the heating
elements.
• The hot air fryer is only suitable for use in dry indoor areas.
• The device is intended for personal use only and is not intended for
commercial applications.
• Only use the appliance as described in these operating instructions.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Before using for the first time: Carefully remove the air fryer from the
packaging and check the appliance for completeness and damage.
• Do not use the appliance if it is damaged (including the mains plug and mains cable).
• Remove all packaging material and protective film before use.
• Keep packaging material away from children and pets. There is a risk of suffocation!
• Never leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the mains.
• Ensure that children do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance may also be used by children from the age of 8 and by persons
with limited knowledge of its operation or sensory impairments, provided that
they are supervised and trained in the safe use of the appliance and are
aware of the risks involved.
• Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by children.
• Only allow authorised specialist dealers to repair all types of damage to the appliance.
• All defects caused by improper handling, damage or repair attempts are
excluded from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the safety instructions carefully. Improper use of the deep fryer can lead to
serious burns or electric shocks!
• Keep away from water. Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, sinks or other containers with water.
• Never reach for an electrical appliance if it has fallen into water. Disconnect the mains plug immediately.
• Do not immerse the appliance itself or the mains cable or plug in water.
• Do not use the appliance with extension cables or timers.
• Always check the appliance for damage before putting it into operation. If the appliance is visibly damaged,
it must not be used.
• Do not use the appliance if it has malfunctioned or has fallen into water.
• Never touch the appliance, mains cable or plug with wet hands.
• To avoid electric shock, do not insert any metal objects into the appliance.
• Always place the appliance on a non-slip, level and heat-resistant surface.
• Parts of the hot air fryer become hot during operation! Keep the appliance away from flammable objects.
Ensure that you do not come into direct contact with the hot surfaces.
• Hot vapour may escape during operation and when opening. Risk of burns!
• Only insert the drawer into the appliance with the baking tin or frying basket.
• The drawer, the baking tin and the frying basket become hot during use. Only place them on heat-resistant surfaces.
• Do not place any metal foil packaging in the deep fryer.
• Never cover the ventilation slots.
• Do not use the appliance if flammable gases are present in the air.
• Keep a sufficient distance from heat sources such as hobs or ovens.
• Always switch off the appliance before disconnecting the mains plug.
• Do not pull the mains plug out of the socket by the mains cable.
• The appliance must not be used outdoors.
