Safety instructions

WARNING!
Read all safety tips and instructions that
were provided with the fixture or the
power tool. Failure to follow the warnings
and safety instructions may result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injuries.
Retain all the warnings and safety
instructions for future reference.
Disconnect the plug from the socket
before making any adjustments, or
change the accessories. Unintentional
starting of power tools may cause
accidents.
Assemble the fixture properly before
mounting the power tool. Proper
assembly is important to prevent the risk
of folding.
Fix the power tool securely to the fixture
before using it. Slipping of power tool on
the fixture can lead to loss of control.
Place the fixture on a flat, level and
horizontal surface. If the fixture slips or
wobbles, then the power tool cannot be
moved evenly and safely.
a) Keep children away from your
workplace and store your tools out of
the reach of children. If necessary, ask
bystanders to either move away or wear
the appropriate personal protective
equipment.
b) When working with the drilling
machine, always wear safety goggles,
hearing protection and a mouth or
nose guard.
c) Wear suitable work clothing. Do
not wear loose fitting clothes or
jewellery as these can get caught in
moving parts. Non-slip footwear is
recommended. Tie long hair up in a hair
net.
d) Before use, make sure that the
device is properly and securely fixed

to the holder, as well as suitable for
mounting on the drilling machine
stand.
e) Never use your hands or objects to
stop the drill.
f) Always fix the drilling machine stand
firmly (using screws) to your work
table before starting work. Make sure
that the table and stand have a secure
footing.
g) Ensure that the workplace is clean
and well lit.
h) Ensure that you do not come into
contact with moving parts when
working. RISK OF INJURY!
i) Before working, always make sure
that the drilling machine is properly
clamped.
j) Always lead the drilling machine's
power cable away from the bit or the
rotating parts.
k) Small or round workpieces should
always be secured in a vice and not
held by hand. Make sure that the
workpiece is properly fixed between
the two jaws of the vice and is resting
firmly.
l) If the feed rate is too high or if the
workpiece is not adequately fixed,
then there is a risk of jamming.
m) Store the drilling machine is a dust-
free and dry manner.
n) Check if all screws are tightly
fastened, both before and during the
use. Check the stand regularly for any
damage. Vibrations can cause screws
to loosen during operation. Do not
use your drilling machine stand if you
notice any damage.
o) Use only drills that are suitable for
the respective workpiece material.
Sharpen or replace blunt drills.
p) Always remove the plug of your
drilling machine from the socket if
