measure your body weight by stepping on the scale.
Number flashes twice indicates weight test finishes. Number 0 rolls to the
right then stablises indicates the bodyfat test has also completed.
To measure body data, such as body fat percentage, you need to use your
body composition scale together with your smartphone or tablet. How
this works, you can read in the next section.

5 Download the App

The essentials Smart Home Body Composition Scale connects wirelessly
to your mobile phones or tablets. You need to download the essentials
Smart Home App. Scan the QR code as below. After downloading the app,
you need to register in the essentials app. Then insert the batteries into
the scale.
