Use it on hard surface
Measure bodyfat and other body composition parameters correctly:
Stand straight on scale, and have both feet uniformly touched the elec-
trodes as figure below.

4 Power On Scale
Your essentials Smart Home Body Composition Scale is shipped with 4
AAA batteries. Install the batteries inside the battery compartment and
your scale is power on.
On the back of the essentials Smart Home Body Composition Scale you
will find the button „CAL". You can calibrate your scale with this button:
Press the button three times briefly and then hold it down until the dis-
play shows „CLr".
After a short time the the weight symbol appears again and the scale is
calibrated.
