Problem
The set-top box does not
turn on.
The LED on the set-top
box does not light up.

Possible cause
The set-top box is
overheated.
No mains voltage or the
set-top box is defective.
The MAC address of the
set-top box is not allowed
by the router.
Technical error while
establishing the network
connection.
Technical error during a
software update.
No connection to the
NTP server.
Temporary technical
error while starting the
set-top box.
The remote control has
not been paired.
Remedy
Put the set-top box onto
a surface that does not
radiate heat and allow it
to cool down for a few
minutes.
Check that the power
supply unit and cable are
properly connected. If the
error persists, contact
your provider.
Check the router and
enable the MAC address
of the set-top box.
Disconnect the set-top
box from the mains
network for about
5 minutes. Contact your
provider if necessary.
Disconnect the set-top
box from the mains
