WARRANTY CONDITIONS
8- In case the product is determined to be defective, the consumer
may exercise any of the following rights defined in 2nd cahpter
article 19/3 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
a)Terminate the contract.
b) Claim for discount on the sales price.
c) Claim for free of charge repair.
d) Claim fort he replacement of the product with a non-defective
equivalent.
9- In case the consumer opts for exercising the free of charge
repair right, the manufacturer will be obliged to repair the product
or have it repaired without demanding any fee under any name
including but not limited to workmanship or parts replacement.

10- Under Part 1, a consumer is entitled to a full or partial refund
instead of a repair or replacement if:
• the cost of the repair or replacement is disproportionate to the
value of the goods or digital content;
• a repair or replacement is impossible;
• a repair or replacement would cause the consumer significant
inconvenience;
• or the repair would take an unreasonably long time to complete.
In circumstances where a repair or replacement is not possible, or
an attempt at repair fails, or the first replacement is also faulty,
the consumer has a right to reject the goods and claim a full
refund (or a price reduction if they wish to keep the product).
Alternatively, the consumer has the right to insist on another
attempt at repair or a second replacement.)
11- Consumer Protection issues are dealt with when complaints
are made to the Director-General of Fair Trade.
