2. Applica�on
4-wheeled walker is a support equipment designed for people with reduced
mobility who need stable support and assistance while walking. It is also
recommended for the elderly as an aid in keeping balance, improving walking
comfort and ensuring safety from falling. The use of the walker has a posi�ve effect
on the return to ac�vity by people with lower limbs condi�ons and with locomo�on
or ver�caliza�on problems.
3. Assembly
UNFOLDING AND FOLDING
• To unfold the walker, pull the sides apart to the maximum posi�on un�l the
handgrips are locked (characteris�c "click" sound).
• To fold the walker, pull up the frame folding system levers located at the sides
and fold them inwards.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
• The height should be set on such a level that the user, who is leaning against
the handgrips, stands upright with shoulders in rest posi�on and with slightly
bent elbows. It is inadvisable to hang on the walker with all the body weight.
• To adjust the height of legs, press the metal pin, select appropriate height and
lock the posi�on of all four legs. The legs are adjustable in 2.5 cm increments.
NOTE! The pins must be set on the same level in each leg.
BRAKE FUNCTION
• To stop the rollator, pull the brake handle up, then hold.
• When not in mo�on or using the seat, lock the parking brake by pulling the
brake handle down.
• To release the parking brake, pull the handle upward.
SEAT FUNCTION
• Walker is equipped with 48 cm wide seat allowing the user to rest.
• To put the seat up, grab the seat handle and pull it up.
SWIVEL WHEELS LOCKING
• Front, swivel wheels can be locked to straight forward posi�on.
• To lock the wheel pull the locking levers up and rotate them sideways (picture
1) and release the levers a�erward. Make sure that both wheels are aligned
in straight posi�on. A "click" sound should be heard. Repeat on second wheel.
• To unlock swivels wheels, pull up and turn levers back to previous posi�on
(picture 1).
