OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the instruction book
carefully.
INTENDED USE
The machine is intended for driving in and loosening screws as well
as for drilling in wood, metal and plastic.

BEFORE OPERATION

1. CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK (SEE FIG. A)
The battery charger supplied is only for the Li-ion battery installed
in the tool. Do not use another battery charger. The Li-ion battery is
protected against deep discharging. When the battery is empty, the
tool is switched off by means of a protective circuit: The tool will not
turn on when the trigger is engaged. When the Battery is charged for
the first time or after prolonged storage, the Battery Pack will accept
a 100% charge only after several charge and discharge cycles.
CHARGING PROCEDURE
Plug the charger plug into a suitable power outlet. Next, connect
the charger to the Charging Socket on the tool. The battery capacity
indicator will on. Let the battery charge for 5 hours. The battery
capacity indicator shows fully charged status with only green light
on. After the battery is fully charged, then unplug the charger.
Disconnect the Charger from the tool. The tool is ready to be used.
IMPORTANT: When charging, the charger and tool may become
warm to the touch, this is normal and does not indicate a problem.

ASSEMBLY
1. CHUCK ADJUSTMENT AND REMOVING AND INSERTING THE
BITS (SEE FIG. B1, B2)
WARNING: Always lock off trigger switch and
disconnect tool from power source when changing
accessories. Make sure the forward/reverse rotation control is
in lock off position. Always ensure the bit is secure before
starting the tool. Damage to the Chuck or a loose bit may
cause possible personal injury.
- Removing the bits (See Fig. B1)
Rotate the keyless chuck anti-clockwise, and remove the bits.
- Inserting the bits (See Fig. B2)
Rotate the keyless chuck clockwise, and insert the bits. Make sure
the bit is in the chuck firmly.
OPERATION
1. SWITCH LOCK (SEE FIG. C)
The switch trigger can be locked in the OFF position. This helps to
reduce the possibility of accidental starting when not in use. To lock
the switch trigger, push the rotation control in the center position.
2. FORWARD/REVERSE ROTATION CONTROL (SEE FIG. D, E)
For drilling and screw driving use forward rotation marked
"
" (lever is moved to the right)(See Fig. D).
Only use reverse rotation marked "
left) to remove screws or release a jammed drill bit(See Fig. E).
WARNING: Never change the direction of rotation when
the chuck is rotating, wait until it has stopped!
3. ON / OFF SWITCH (SEE FIG. F)
Depress the On/Off switch to start and release it to stop your drill.
The on/off switch is fitted with a brake function which stops your
chuck immediately when you quickly release the switch.
WARNING: Do not operate for long periods at low
speed because excess heat will be produced
internally. When overload occurs, release the On/Off switch
immediately to avoid the motor overheating.
4. BATTERY CAPACITY INDICATOR
Battery capacity indicator shows battery capacity when using.
5.LED LIGHT (SEE FIG. G)
Before operation, the LED light will be activated when the On/Off
switch is slightly pressed, and will automatically turn off 5 seconds
after the On/Off switch is released.
• Overloaded: The tool is operated in a manner that causes it to
draw an abnormally high current. In this situation, release the trigger
switch on the tool and stop the application that caused the tool to
become overloaded. Then pull the trigger switch again to restart.
• Overheated: Under the condition above, if the tool does not start,
the tool and battery are overheated. In this situation, let the tool and
battery cool before pulling the trigger switch again.
• Low battery voltage: The remaining battery capacity is too low
and the tool will not operate. In this situation, remove and recharge
the battery.
WARNING: To turn on the light, press the On/Off switch
and make sure the Forward/Reverse Rotation Control
is on right/left position.
