    2. ALLGEMEINES GEObox – die ideale und saubere Lösung Aufgrund ihrer Bauweise kann die GEObox in Einzelteilen beliebig in jeden dafür geeigneten Raum eingebracht und aufgestellt werden. 2.1. ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE Vor der Montage lesen Sie bitte die Einbauanleitung mit den Sicherheitshinweisen sorgfältig durch. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung griffbereit auf, damit Ihnen die hier enthaltenen Informationen jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen.

    3. RAUMBESCHAFFENHEIT / BRANDSCHUTZ Die GEObox kann in jedem dafür geeigneten Raum aufgestellt werden. Im Aufstellungsraum muss eine permanente Be- und Entlüftung vorhanden sein. ÖNORM M 7137:2012, ÖNORM EN ISO 20023:2019 3.1. BELÜFTUNG Aufstellungsräume von Lagerbehältern mit luftdurchlässigem Gewebe (Pelletbox) müssen eine ins Freie mündende Lüftungsöffnung haben. ANMERKUNG: Ein Lüftungsquerschnitt von 200cm², wie für Heizräume vorgeschrieben, ist ausreichend.

    3. RAUMBESCHAFFENHEIT / BRANDSCHUTZ 3.4. AUFSTELLUNG IM KELLER 3.4. AUFSTELLUNG AUSSER HAUS Die GEObox kann in jedem dafür geeigneten Raum aufgestellt werden. Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist die Aufstellung außer Haus. Eine Durch die variable Behälterhöhe passt sich die GEObox individuell der witterungsbeständige Verkleidung genügt und es entsteht ein Raumhöhe an und es entsteht somit eine maximale Raumausnutzung.

    5. BEFÜLLUNG DER GEOBOX Die GEObox wird mit Unterdruck befüllt, d.h. beim Einblasen der Pellets wird gleichzeitig Luft abgesaugt. (siehe Befüllanweisung!) Die Einblas- und Absaugstutzen können entweder direkt an der GEObox (mittels Befüllsystem) befestigt oder mittels Verlängerungsrohren nach außen geführt werden (nicht länger als 10m). Weiteres sollten die Befüll- und Absaugschläuche des Silofahrzeuges eine Förderstrecke von 20 Metern nicht überschreiten.

    5. BEFÜLLUNG DER GEOBOX 5.2. BEFÜLLANWEISUNG 1) Befüll- und Absaugleitungen anschließen ACHTUNG: vor der Befüllung kontrollieren, ob die Befüllstutzen waagrecht stehen! EMPFEHLUNG: Beim Befüllstutzen einen 45° Bogen montieren. 2) Die Absaugung muss auf volle Leistung aufgedreht werden 3) Danach mit dem Pellets - Einblasvorgang langsam beginnen ACHTUNG: Es sollte immer mehr Luft abgesaugt als eingeblasen werden, da die Luftbewegung im Gewebe dadurch von außen nach innen zirkuliert.

    6. WARTUNGSANLEITUNG GEOBOX Grundsätzlich sind für den Betrieb der GEObox keine regelmäßigen Wartungen notwendig. Es sollte jedoch in mehrjährigem Zeitabstand die Pelletbox komplett leer gefahren werden bzw. bei Bedarf die Reinigung des Lagers durchgeführt werden. Dies ist für einen dauerhaft störungsfreien und sicheren Heizungsbetrieb notwendig.

    7. FÜLLSTANDSKONTROLLE GEOBOX Anhand der Spannung des Gewebes kann der Füllstand abgelesen werden. Die Pellets werden immer konusförmig entnommen, d.h. je weniger Spannung das Gewebe aufweißt, desto weniger Pellets sind in der GEObox (siehe Skizze) d.h. je kleiner der Abstand x -> desto weniger Pellets sind in der GEObox.

However, the pellet box should be completely emptied at intervals of several years or the storage unit should be cleaned if necessary. (véanse las instrucciones de llenado) Los tubos de llenado y aspiración se pueden colocar directamente sobre el box pellet o extenderlos hacia fuera mediante tubos de extensión (no superiores a 10m).

    2. ALGEMEEN GEObox – de ideale en schone oplossing Op grond van de constructie kan de GEObox in losse onderdelen in ieder daarvoor geschikte ruimte worden ingebracht en opgesteld. 2.1. ALGEMENE AANWIJZINGEN Lees de installatiehandleiding met de veiligheidsvoorschriften zorgvuldig door voordat u tot installatie overgaat. Houd deze instructies bij de hand, zodat u de informatie altijd bij de hand hebt.

    3. AARD VAN DE RUIMTE / BRANDPREVENTIE De GEObox kan in ieder daarvoor geschikte ruimte worden opgesteld. In de opstellingsruimte moet een permanente be- en ontluchting aanwezig zijn. ÖNORM M 7137:2012, ÖNORM EN ISO 20023:2019 3.1. VENTILATIE Installatieruimten van opslagcontainers met luchtdoorlatende stof (pelletbox) moeten een ventilatieopening naar buiten hebben. OPMERKING: Een ventilatiedoorsnede van 200 cm², zoals voorgeschreven voor stookruimten, is voldoende.

Een andere optie is om het buiten het huis te installeren. Een Dankzij de variabele tankhoogte past de GEObox zich individueel aan weerbestendige bekleding is alles wat nodig is om binnenshuis ruimte te de ruimtehoogte aan en zorgt zo voor een maximale benutting van de winnen.

    5. VULLEN DE GEOBOX De GEObox wordt gevuld met onderdruk, d.w.z. de lucht wordt tegelijk met het inblazen van de pellets afgezogen. (zie vulinstructies!) De inblaas- en afzuigpijp kunnen ofwel direct aan de pelletbox (met vulsysteem) worden bevestigd of met verlengbuizen naar buiten worden geleid (niet langer dan 10m).

AANBEVELING: Breng een bocht van 45° aan bij de vulopening. 2) De afzuiging moet tot volledig vermogen worden opgedraaid 3) Daarna langzaam beginnen met het inblazen van de pellets LET OP: Er moet altijd meer lucht worden afgezogen dan ingeblazen, omdat de luchtbeweging in het weefsel daardoor van buiten naar binnen circuleert.

    6. REINIGINGSHANDLEIDING GEOBOX In principe is er geen regelmatig onderhoud nodig voor de werking van de GEObox. De pelletbox moet echter met tussenpozen van enkele jaren volledig worden leeggemaakt of de opslageenheid moet indien nodig worden gereinigd. Dit is nodig om op lange termijn een probleemloze en veilige werking van de verwarming te garanderen.

    7. VULSTANDCONTROLE GEOBOX De vulstand kan worden afgelezen aan de hand van de spanning van het weefsel. De pellets worden altijd kegelvormig uitgevoerd, d.w.z. dat hoe minder spanning het weefsel heeft, hoe minder pellets zich in de GEObox bevinden. (zie tekening) d.w.z. hoe kleiner de afstand x -> hoe minder pellets zich in de GEObox bevinden.
