1. Befestigen Sie den Sockel (1) am Hauptrahmen (2), mit einer Schraube
M10X60mm (14), zwei Scheiben M10 (17) und einer Mutter M10 (19).
2. Stecken Sie den Stift (8) in den Sockel (1) und Hauptrahmen (2).
3. Setzen Sie das Einstellrohr (3) mit einer Einstellmutter (9) in den Sockel (1) ein.

4. Stecken Sie das Rohr (4) in den Sockel (1) ein.
5. Schieben Sie die vier Schaumstoffrollen (7) auf das Einstellrohr (3) und das Rohr (4).
6. Setzen Sie das Griffrohr (5) mit einer Schraube M10X20mm (15) in den
Hauptrahmen (2) ein.
7. Schieben Sie die beiden Griffe (11) auf das Griffrohr (5).
1. Attach the base tube (1) to the main frame (2), using one M10X60mm (14)bolt,
two M10 (17) washers and one M10(19) nut.
2. Insert the pin (8) into the base tube (1) and the main frame (2).
3. Insert the adjust tube (3) into the base tube (1), using one knob (9).

4. Insert the foam tube (4) into the base tube (1).
5. Slide four foam rollers (7) onto the adjust tube (3) and foam tube (4).
6. Insert the handle tube (5) into the Main Frame (2), using one M10X20mm (15) bolt.
7. Slide two handle grips (11) into the handle tube (5).

1. Przymocować podstawę (1) do ramy głównej (2), używając jednej śruby
M10X60mm (14), dwóch podkładek M10(17) oraz jednej nakrętki M10 (19).
2. Włożyć zawleczkę (8) w podstawę (1) oraz ramę główną (2).
3. Włożyć rurkę regulującą (3) w podstawę (1) używając jednej nakrętki regulującej (9).
4. Włożyć rurkę (4) na podstawę (1).
5. Wsuń cztery wałki piankowe (7) na rurkę regulacyjną (3) oraz rurkę piankową (4).
6. Włożyć rurkę uchwytu (5) w ramę główną (2) używając jednej śruby
M10X20mm (15).
7. Wsuń dwa uchwyty (11) na rurkę uchwytu (5).

1. Atașați tubul de bază (1) la cadrul principal (2), folosind un șurub M10x60
mm(14), două șaibe M10 (17) și o piuliță M10 (19).
2. Introduceți știftul (8) în tubul de bază (1) și în cadrul principal (2).
