14. Tighten both screws at the swivel joint and place the swivel joint in recess 05.
15. Place the X-module in recess 06.
16. Loosen the screw connecting the YZ connector to the Z-module.
17. Pull off the YZ connector with Y-module. The YZ connector remains at the
Y-module.
18. Tighten the screws at the YZ connector.
19. Place the Y-module with YZ connector in recess 04.
20. Loosen the screw connecting the Z-module holder to the Z-module and pull off
the Z-module.
21. Tighten the screw of the Z-module holder (in the scope of the microscope
adapter).
22. Place the Z-module in recess 03.
23. Insert the lid padding.
24. Place the tool bag in recess 02.
25. Close the box and send it to the authorized service.

-40 °C – 60 °C
For long-term storage, the device should be stored in accordance with the ambient
conditions of the working area, see chapter 9.3.
