The scale batteries are exhausted. Replace batteries
The balance is overloaded. There are more than 180kg on the scale.
An error was detected while measuring weight.
Get off the device and repeat the process after 5 seconds.
1. The device does not connect
- The scale and the smartphone must both have Bluetooth active and GPS
active.
- Check the OS version of your smartphone, it must be iOS 8.0 or higher
Android 5.0 higher.
- Click on My-->device and search for the ID of the scale.
- Check that both the device and the App are actually connected.
2. No data on body fat measured during weighing
- To measure body fat, the user should measure in bare feet.
- Make sure your feet and scale are both dry.
- The scale does not finish weighing when the numeric display flashes (remain
standing on the scale until the display shows all the data and the app confirms
the successful measurement).
- Bluetooth is not activated.
- Bluetooth is paired with a different scale.
- Make sure that both the scale and the hand bar are clean.
