The charger is equipped with a Type 2 EV plug, use this only for vehicles with the appropriate

IEC 62196-2 EU mating connector (Refer to your vehicle owner's manual).
Do not install or use the charger near explosive, corrosive or fl ammable materials, chemicals

or vapors.
When charging is complete, fi rst remove the Type 2 plug from the vehicle, then remove the

charger unit from the mains to avoid damage.
Be sure to disconnect the charger from the mains when not in use.

Do not use the charger if it is defective or visibly damaged.
•
Do not use the charger when it is covered.
•
Do not attempt to open, disassemble, repair, tamper with, or modify the charger. If you have

any questions or need repairs, contact our customer service department.
Do not use the charger with extension cords.

Do not use the charger when you are in the vehicle.
•
Do not use the charger when exposed to heavy rain, snow or inclement weather.
•
Always use caution when transporting the charger.

Never touch the contact surfaces of the charger and do not insert any objects into the connection

Do not pull the charger cable by force or over sharp objects.

Unplugged connectors are not waterproof. Always cover them with the protective caps when not
