PRECAUTIONS
Please read the instructions carefully before using
the appliance.To reduce any risk of accident, take
the following precautions:
1. Always unplug the appliance immediately after use.
2. Never use the appliance while you are in the bath.
3. IEC 60417 - 5582: Do not place or store the
appliance anywhere where it could fall or
be pushed towards the bath or sink.
4. Do not immerse or drop into the water
or any other liquid.
5. If the appliance falls into the water, unplug it
immediately. Do not place your hand in the water.
6. Keep the appliance away from water.
7. An appliance should never be left unattended
while it is plugged into the mains.
8. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
9. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose,
as indicated in this manual. Do not use any accessory
that is not recommended by the manufacturer.
10. Never use this appliance if the power cord or
plug is damaged, if it is malfunctioning, if it has been
dropped or has fallen into water. Take the appliance
to your nearest service centre for inspection or repair.
11. Never block the appliance' s ventilation holes
or place on a soft surface, such as a bed, where the
openings could be blocked. Keep the ventilation
holes free of fluff, hair and similar items.
12. Keep the power cord away from sources of
heat or hot surfaces. Do not coil the power cord
around the appliance.
13. Do not use the appliance if you are drowsy.
14. This appliance becomes hot during use. Do not
allow the hot surfaces to touch the eyes or bare skin.
15. Do not use an extension cable with this appliance.
16. If the power cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its authorised
technical service or a qualified technician in order
to prevent hazards.

17. Do not drop the appliance or insert any object
in the openings or tube.
18. This product must not be used by children or by
other people without assistance or supervision if
their physical, sensory or mental condition limits safe
use of the appliance. Children must be watched to
make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
19. Never use a sponge or abrasive cloth on the unit.
20. Never place anything other than the
intended ingredients in the base bowl.
21. Disconnect the appliance from the mains when
not in use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
22. This appliance is for household use only, not
professional or industrial use.
23. Extreme caution must be used when moving
an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
24. Store the appliance in a dry place, free from
dust and out of direct sunlight.
25. This appliance should be stored out of reach
of children and/or the disabled.
26. Do not try to open the control housing under
any circumstance and never attempt to repair the
equipment yourself.
27. This appliance should not be used for
purposes other than stated in the instructions
accompanying this appliance.
28. Do not use on plastic or synthetic table
clothes, or any Unstable place.
29. Do not use this unit near flammable goods,
such as Carpet, straw mat or curtain.
30. Please be sure to use the correct power out let.
31. Never impact this unit or drop from high place.
32. Do not touch the plate surface while in use
or before it has cooled down even. If the power is
switched to "OFF" POSITION.
33. Do not unplug the Automatic-Temperature-
Controller before it has cooled down because of
the high temperature of the detector. Be sure to
keep the unit away from children.
34. Do not use a spatula or knife, otherwise it will
scratch the NON-STICK coating.

EN BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all the package of the device.
• Check if the voltage of the appliance
corresponds to the main voltage of your home.
• Clean the grease tray in warm soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Immerse the grill plate and thermostat never in
water or other liquid and they are not dishwasher
proof. Clean the grill plate with a damp cloth.
• Place the supplied thermostat in the connection
of the thermostat.
• Turn the thermostat clockwise to the highest
setting and spread some smoke, this is normal.
• Place the device in a well ventilated space and
on a mat to prevent damage to the table.
EN USE
With the knob of the thermostat , the desired
temperature.

2 150°C
3 180°C
4 210°C
5 230°C
• Turn the knob for a lower setting to the left
• The thermostat regulates a constant
temperature.
• During cooking the indicator light on and off,
this is normal.
• The temperature is always constant adjusted
• Never use sharp objects on the grill plate, this
will damage the anti-stick coating.
EN CLEANING THE UNIT
• Before cleaning the unit unplug it from the wall
outlet and wait cleaning until the device has
cooled down completely.
TOTAL 2000 GRILLPLATE
• Never pour cold water on a hot plate, this could
damage the device and can cause splashing hot
water.
• Clean the grill with a mild detergent and a
damp cloth.
• Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel
wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the
anti-stick coating.
• Never immerse the unit and the thermostat in
water or other liguid.
WARNIGN
• The device is very hot, do not touch.
• Move the appliance with the handles.
Never use sharp objects on the plate. It will
damage the anti-stick coating. Always use a
wooden spoon or heat resistant plastic.
