SAFETY DURING UNPACKING

Do not leave packaging material or batteries lying around carelessly. It may become dangerous
playing material for children. Do not dispose of the packaging material until the Kitchen Scale has
been tried and is working.
WARNING:
To avoid the danger of su ocation, keep plastic bags and foils away from
babies and children! Thin foils may cling to the nose and mouth and prevent
breathing.
WARNING:
This Kitchen Scale is delivered with the necessary 1.5V AAA batteries. Be
careful when unpacking and/or installing the batteries.

- Keep new and used batteries away from children.
- A swallowed battery can cause internal chemical burns in as little as
two hours and lead to death.
- If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any
part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
- Dispose of used batteries immediately.
