INTENDED USE

The STREX Kitchen Scale is a tool designed to measure the weight of ingredients and food items

objects that are not too heavy, such as parcels or letters. There are no other uses for this product.

suitable intermediate container (such as a bowl, tray, or protective material) when handling food
products in connection with this device.
Only use the Kitchen Scale as described in this manual. Any other use is considered improper and

UNPACKING

Before use, remove all packaging materials and stickers or labels.
The Strex Kitchen Scale is designed for use with a separate bowl, container, or tray. The weighing
platform is not intended for direct contact with food. Always use an intermediate container (e.g.
bowl, paper) when weighing ingredients.
