Mounting/changing the drill bit
• Clean and grease the drill bit adapter
4 .
• The connection 4 contains a locking
screw 3 . Mount the bit 12 with the flat
side opposing the locking screw 3 .
• Secure the bit 12 using the supplied
socket head screwdriver 8 .
CAUTION
Remove the socket head screw-
driver.
• Removal of the bit is done in reverse
order . After use dry and lubricate the bit
before putting it back into the original
packing .
Water Supply
• When using the water tank 10: Fill the
water tank to the 5 litre level and pres-
surize by pumping at least 10 times
(max. 1 bar) .
• Or use connection to the water supply .
Drilling
• Open the water valve 5 until a little
water comes out the drill 12 .
• Start drilling by keeping the machine at
a slight angle . It is important that you
do not push on the drilling machine but
let the drill bit 12 do the work .
• The leaking water should be milky and
not clear .
• When the drilling performance of the
machine starts to decline it is recom-
mended to dress the diamond bit 12
using a dressing stone .

• If the bit 12 locks during the drilling
process it is recommended to stop drill-
ing immediately so that the machine
and the tile are not damaged .
Take the drill out carefully by lifting it
straight up from the drilling hole and try
to start drilling again . Never have the
machine rotating when trying to take
out the drill . This can damage your
machine .
• Remove the core from the tile bit 12
after drilling .

• It must always be kept in a dry, frost-
free place .
