Warranty terms

For final customers, the warranty period for this product shall be 2 years from the time of
purchase. The sales receipt shall constitute proof of purchase.
The battery is exempt from the warranty.
Claims under warranty due to material defects or manufacturing defects shall be settled in
accordance with the following warranty terms:
• The warranty shall only cover defects that occur due to materials or manufacturing.
Defects occurring due to a failure to follow the user manual, to damage during transit, to
improper use, to the use of force, or to attempts to repair the product shall be excluded
from this warranty.
• Within the warranty period, it shall be at the manufacturer's discretion whether to replace or
repair faulty parts; the replacement or repair of faulty parts shall be free of charge within the
warranty period. Any other claims, in particular claims for damages, shall be excluded.
• Any performance during the warranty period shall not extend the original warranty period.
This shall apply both to repaired and to replaced products.
