LED Whip Light Installation Instructions
Kit Contents:
• LED whip light assembly (left or right)
• 3x12mm buttonhead cap screws (BCS) (2)
• Zip ties (2)

Remove the 3x10mm flat-head screws (8)
to remove the roof panel from the body cage.

Reinstall the roof panel on the body
cage using the removed 3x10mm
flat-head screws (8).
Tools needed: 2
• 2.5mm hex wrench
• 2.0mm hex wrench

Remove the 3x15mm cap-head screws (4)
to remove the cage cross bar.

Secure the whip light assembly to the
bottom of the cross bar using the included
3x12mm button-head cap screws.
Connecting the Whip Lights to the Accessory Power Supply
Fig A. Plug one male connector from the Accessory Power
Supply (6588X) into the nearest female connector from the
Whip Light Assembly.
Fig B. Plug the other male connector from the Accessory
Power Supply into the
LED Power
Harness Harness.
Fig C. Plug the male connector from the Extension Harness
(10959) into the other black female connector from the Whip Light
Assembly.

Use the included zip ties to secure the wires to the chassis
in the locations shown. Note: Ensure the wires are kept away from
any moving parts and heated surfaces.

Plug the red male connector from the LED Power Harness
(3478) into the red female connector from the Accessory Power
Supply. Plug the other end of the LED Power Harness into any
available channel on the receiver.
The accessory power supply and LED whip lights will turn on
when a battery is connected. Always disconnect the battery when
not in use.

Install the whip light assembly
using the removed 3x15mm
cap-head screws (4).
