Instructions for use
THE RANGE
The stainless steel series INOXTRAP insect killer are
the best solution for the destruction and control of
flying insects. The neutralization of insects is by
trapping on glueboards. INOXTRAP can be suspended
from the ceiling or wall mounted.
POSITIONING
Your unit should ideally be fixed at least two
meters above the ground, preferably in the
darkest place within the area to be protected,
away from windows and skylights, thus avoiding
any competition with natural daylight
sunlight.
In large open areas where two or more units are
required, siting needs careful consideration to
ensure maximum protection. Each unit within a
certain area should be centrally positioned.
The positioning of the units varies depending on
the location. Should any queries arise on sitting
please contact your supplier.
GUARANTEE
Your unit is guaranteed for 5 years (excluding
replacement bulbs and glueboards). If a fault
occurs, contact your supplier, who will replace
your unit providing the product has been
operated under normal conditions.
INSTALLATION
INOXTRAP unit can be installed two ways:
(please read the positioning instructions bellow)
1. Suspended installation:
a. Fix a chain with a hook to the top round
holes on each side.
(use the included hooks and chains)
b. Seal properly the chains to the ceiling.
(secured fixation is your responsibility)
2. Wall mounted:
a. Mark the fixing holes positions on the wall.
b. Fix the unit using the four included screws.

POWER REQUIREMENTS
The units are designed to operate from the
following power supply: 230V / 50Hz
Therefore, please ensure that your unit is
compatible with the electricity supply in your
premises. The electric socket imperatively must
be earthed.
IMPORTANT
This appliance is not designed for used by persons
or
(children included) with diminished physical,
sensory or mental capacities or no experience or
knowledge, except
supervised or if they have been given the
instructions on how to use the appliance with
complete safety and if they understand the risks
involved (A2 / EN 60335-1).
WARNING
Inoxtrap must only be used in areas
which are free of dust and possible
explosive vapour mixture. Should you
have any queries contact your local fire
authority for advice before ins-tallation.
Inoxtrap is only suitable for indoor use and is not
suitable for use in barns, stables and similar locations.
SERVICING
Before any form of servicing, ensure that the unit
is disconnected from the mains supply.
To maintain the units efficiency, replace the UV
LED bulbs every 24 months, glue boards must be
replaced every 2 months.
