• Replace oil:
The hydraulic oil will deteriorate or loss after the riveter is used for a certain time. The shorten travel may appear. The rivet can't be snapped one-
time. Please filling anti-wear hydraulic oil timely.
THE WAY TO REPLACE OIL:
WAY 1

Disassemble the gun head capsule, using a screwdriver slowly loosen oiling screw and let the excess oil or gas bubble spills, and check the
O-rings is damaged or not, please replace it on time if damaged.

Connect the air supply, let the oil filling hole aim to the oil tank (Do not aim to people or other items), then press the trigger to discharge waste
oil, upside down a few minutes to let the waste oil discharge completely.

Please fill the hydraulic oil with the needle syringe device which accompany with the products. First, tighten the oiler to the oil filling hole by
hand. And slowly release the oiler putter when promote the oiler until feel significant resistance, repeated several times until there is no bubble in
the oil. Exit oiler and locking oil filling screw when oil level is full. Mount on the gun head, wipe the excess oil spill, clean tools, the whole process
of oil replacement finished.

Remove the barrel, Handstand tools.loosen the bottom cover, Extracion piston disc, Screw M4 into the oil seal seat and remove the oil seal seat.

Pour out the waste oil,loosen screws with a wrench(lnspect assembly gasket for damage, after draining the waste oil,lock the screw.

Handstand tools,fill ports of tubing with hydraulic oil,when the oil exceeds the bevel of the tubing mouth,loosen the screw by 0.5~1 turn;Push
the fixed column into the oriflce of the tubing ,the top of the cylinder is slowly overflowing when pushed in;Stop pushing when the fixed column
enters the tubing and exposes an inclined plane,lock the screw immediately after the excess oil is completeil spilled.

Clean cylinder and piston, brush with wool grease evenly on the piston plate type O ring and cylinder wall, again pushed the piston plate,
screw the Cylinder bottom cover.

Connected to the gas source, the repeated air gap several times, will straighten the gun body slowly open the gas screw, let excess oil
overflow, then again locking gas screw, loaded the gun head capsule, wipe off the excess oil spill, cleaning guns, replace the oil is completed.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Jaw damaged
Pressure insufficient
There is a lack of oil in the riveter or an air
bubble in the tank.

Jaw dirty
Upper tube spring failure
The riveter nozzle is not correct
Jaw damaged
The jaw tube nozzle or the nozzle housing did
not tighten
The rivet stem clogs the nozzle
The guide bar is jammed by the chuck
No pressure or insufficient pressure
Beyond riveter capacity
REMEDY
Change the damaged jaw
Set the air pressure within the specified range
Add hydraulic oil
Change the damaged jaw
Clean the jaw and top up the lubricating oil
Change the top tube spring
Use the right rivet nozzle
Clean the jaw and top up the lubricating oil
Tighten the jaw nozzle and nozzle housing
Remove the rod blocking the nozzle
Replace the appropriate guide bar and clean the
chuck bottle
Set the air pressure within the specified range
Change to use correct type of riveters
