PNEUMATIC RIVETING TOOL INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operation instructions before using.
Please wear protective glasses when using.
The supply air pressure rang is 5.5-6.5kgf/cm.
Please clean the tools regularly.If there is the fault, please do not easily open and repair,please contact the agent of our company.
Do not disassemble tools with air supply

The appropriate distance between stem and nozzle is 0.2 - 0.5 mm.

• Repair and maintenance:

The cleaning is recommend for gripper and paw, the dust of the aluminum and iron in the top tube for each 2000 nails reached. It'll prevent rod
stuck,difficult to snap the rivet one-time and stem slip. Especially, the better life of the rivet tool will get.

Shut off air supply (Caution : please shut off the air supply when replace paws in any cases avoid to damage the parts

Disassembly the gun head by hand. There is no requirement for any tools.

Pull the lock by left hand, and screw off jaw set by right hand. There is no require-ment for any tools.

Disassemble the gripper, the top tube, spring and paw and clean them timely. Please replace them if needed.

Assemble the parts by the reverse procedure of unloading. Turn on the air supply is allowed.when install the gun head. The assemble will be
much more easy by pressing the trigger head at the same.
• Commissioning :
The elbow connector for the compressed air connection can be connected to either the left or right side of the riveter.
On the opposite side, the rubber stopper must be replaced with the part shown by the arrow below, to plug the hole.
With the grey knob in the up position, suction of the rivet stem is active and the riveter button is operative.
