• It is prohibited to use the maintenance unit with-
out the condensation reservoir (4) mounted.
• The condensation drain (10) opens as soon as
the inlet connector (1) is disconnected from the
compressed air source.
• To empty the stored condensation from the
condensation reservoir (4) , use an appropriate
container.
• Press from below against the condensation
drain (10) this opens the drain.
Oil in the oil reservoir (Fig. A)
• The oil reservoir (6) is connected to the mainte-
nance unit, and its purpose is to oil the fi ltered
compressed air.
• You can monitor the oil reservoir (6) fi ll level
through the viewing windows. Only use appro-
priate oil for this compressed air maintenance
unit.
• Before adding oil, disconnect the inlet connec-
tor (1) from the compressed air source.
• Then unscrew the oil fi lling button (9) using a
screwdriver. Then fi ll it with oil using an appro-
priate funnel.
• Screw back the oil fi lling button (9) back in to
the maintenance unit.
Adjusting the oil fl ow (Fig. A)
• To adjust the oil fl ow, turn the oil dosing screw
(8) on the sight glass clockwise "-" to decrease
the oil amount or counterclockwise "+" to
increase it. The integrated sight glass allows for
constant monitoring of the fi ltered compressed
air.
Warning
Make sure that the maintenance unit has been
disconnected from the compressed air source be-
fore emptying the condensate collection container.
Otherwise the collected condensate may spray out
uncontrolled.

5. MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and maintenance, always discon-
nect the spray gun from the air source.
Always disconnect the air tool from the
main power supply before carrying out any
maintenance work.
Clean the air tool casings regularly with a soft
cloth, preferably after each use. Make sure that
the openings are free of dust and dirt. Remove
very persistent dirt using a soft cloth moistened
with soapsuds. Do not use any solvents such as
gasoline, alcohol, ammonia, etc. Chemicals such as
these will damage the synthetic components.
WARRANTY
VONROC products are developed to the highest
quality standards and are guaranteed free of
defects in both materials and workmanship for the
period lawfully stipulated starting from the date of
original purchase. Should the product develop any
failure during this period due to defective material
and/or workmanship then contact VONROC directly.
The following circumstances are excluded from this
guarantee:
• Repairs and or alterations have been made
or attempted to the machine by unauthorized
service centers;
• Normal wear and tear;
• The tool has been abused, misused or improp-
erly maintained;
• Non-original spare parts have been used.
