The device's casing must be properly grounded.
Automotive exhaust gases contain various toxic and harmful
substances (such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons,
nitrogen oxides, etc.). During testing, direct the exhaust gases
outdoors and ensure the room is well-ventilated.
Parts such as the car engine exhaust pipe and radiator may be
hot. Do not touch them to avoid burns.
When performing non-dismantling cleaning, ensure the
vehicle is in gear, the handbrake is engaged, and the front
wheels are chocked.
Wear safety protective glasses during operation. Regular
glasses are not suitable as safety glasses.
When disconnecting pressurized fuel line connections, cover
the connection with a towel to prevent fuel from spraying out
and causing injury or fire.
The main unit of this device uses detection liquid, while
non-dismantling cleaning uses cleaning liquid. For ultrasonic
cleaning, use the designated ultrasonic cleaning liquid. If
unavailable, the cleaning liquid provided with the device can be
used as a substitute.
Since some parts of the testing device are made of quartz
glass and are fragile, avoid placing other items around the
device to prevent accidental impact and breakage.
If there is no digital display after powering on (there may be a
delay of a few seconds), check if the power supply is on. If it is,
ensure the plug is securely connected or check if the fuse is
blown. If the fuse is not blown and pressing the switch intermit-
tently still doesn't work, contact the local distributor. Do not
disassemble the unit, as this will void the warranty.
Never operate the ultrasonic cleaning system without adding
cleaning liquid to the ultrasonic tank, as running it dry may
damage the ultrasonic system.
Each time the test liquid is replaced, it must be completely
drained before adding 1000ml of fresh test liquid.
Using substandard test liquid will cause corrosion to the pump,
oil supply lines, and malfunction of the pressure gauge.
Using other cleaning liquids or test liquids will cause the
surface coating of the equipment to peel off.
