1. Lösen Sie die Bauteile mit einem scharfen Messer aus (Abb. 1) und schleifen Sie die Kanten z.B. mit der Extron Sandpapierfeile (Abb. 2).
2. Kleben Sie die runden Scheiben mittig mit Holzleim an die Stützen (Abb. 3). Nach dem Trocknen können Sie mit einem Bohrer (falls nötig)
die Holzteile aufbohren und die Alurohre exakt einpassen (Abb. 4). Die Alurohre sollten verschiebbar bleiben aber nicht in den Löchern wackeln.
3. Montieren Sie die Längsträger an die Stützen (Abb.5).
4. Bauen Sie eine Wippe aus den drei Holzteilen (Abb.6) und stecken Sie die Schrauben durch (Schrauben evtl. kürzen). Lagerbuchsen 6x5mm
in die Bauteile entsprechend einsetzen, auf Leichtgängigkeit achten.
5. Wir empfehlen die PICHLER Schwerpunktwaage zur Imprägnierung gegen Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit am besten mit PALETTI X4170-001
Spritzfüller zu beschichten und danach farbig zu lackieren. PALETTI Produkte finden Sie unter www.extron-modellbau.de (Abb. 7).
6. Kleben Sie zum Schutz der Tragflächen Moosgummistücke auf die Wippe (Abb. 8).
Um den Schwerpunkt am Flugmodell auszuwiegen setzen Sie das fertig montierte, flugfertige Modell auf die Schwerpunktwaage mit den
Tragflächen bis zum Anschlag. Stellen Sie den gewünschten Schwerpunkt auf beiden Seiten der Schwerpunktwaage millimetergenau ein
(Die genaue Angabe des Schwerpunkts erhalten Sie von Ihrem Modellhersteller). Wenn das Modell genau wagerecht ausbalanciert in der
Waage liegt, stimmt der Schwerpunkt. Hängt das Modell nach hinten, ist es schwanzlastig bzw. wenn das Modell nach vorne hängt ist es
kopflastig. Bei Elektromodellen hilft meist das Verschieben des Flugakkus. Ansonsten muss entweder vorne oder hinten Trimm Ballast
(Abb.9) hinzugefügt werden.
[EN] Assembly instructions
1. Remove the wooden parts with a sharp knife (Fig. 1) and sand the edges, e.g. with the Extron sandpaper file (Fig. 2).
2. Glue the round discs to the supports in the middle with wood glue (Fig. 3). After drying, you can use a drill (if necessary)to drill out the
wooden parts and dry fit the aluminum tubes (Fig. 4). The aluminum tubes should remain movable, not to tight and not too loose.
3. Mount the support beams to the supports (Fig. 5).
4. Assemble the rocker from three wooden parts (Fig. 6) and insert screws (shorten the screws if necessary).
Insert 6x5mm bushings accordingly while maintaining easy movement.
5. We recommend painting your PICHLER CG Scale to protect it against dirt and moisture. It is best to use PALETTI X4170-001 spray filler
followed by a layer of PALETTI color spray paint. PALETTI spray paints can be sourced at www.extron-modellbau.de (Fig. 7)
6. To protect the airplane, glue pieces of foam rubber onto the rocker (Fig. 8).To balance the center of gravity on
the model aircraft, place the fully assembled, ready-to-fly model on the CG scale with the wings as far as they will go.
Set the desired center of gravity on both sides of the center of gravity scale with millimeter precision (CG data are provided by your model
manufacturer). If the model is perfectly balanced on the CG scale, the center of gravity (CG) is correct. If the model hangs
backwards, it is tail heavy, and if the model hangs forwards, it is nose heavy. With electric models, moving the flight battery often helps.
If necessary, use PICHLER trim ballast (Fig. 9). Add the right amount to the rear or the front of the airplane, until the Center of Gravitity is
balanced.

1. Retirez les parties en bois avec un couteau bien aiguisé (Fig. 1) et poncez les bords, par ex. avec la lime à papier de verre Extron (Fig. 2).
2. Collez les disques ronds sur les supports du milieu avec de la colle à bois (Fig. 3). Après séchage, vous pouvez utiliser une perceuse
(si nécessaire) pour percer lepièces en bois et ajuster à sec les tubes en aluminium (Fig. 4). Les tubes en aluminium doivent rester mobiles,
ni trop serrés ni trop lâches.
3. Montez les poutres de support sur les supports (Fig. 5).
4. Assemblez le basculeur à partir de trois pièces en bois (Fig. 6) et insérez les vis (raccourcissez les vis si nécessaire).Insérez les bagues
6x5 mm en conséquence tout en conservant un mouvement facile.
5. Nous vous recommandons de peindre votre échelle PICHLER CG pour la protéger de la saleté et de l'humidité. Il est préférable d'utiliser
le mastic en aérosol PALETTI X4170-001suivi d'une couche de peinture en spray couleur PALETTI. Les peintures en aérosol PALETTI sont
disponibles sur www.extron-modellbau.de (Fig. 7)
6. Pour protéger l'avion, collez des morceaux de caoutchouc mousse sur le culbuteur (Fig. 8). Pour équilibrer le centre de gravité surle modèle
réduit d'avion, placez le modèle entièrement assemblé et prêt à voler sur l'échelle CG avec les ailes aussi loin que possible. Réglez le centre
de gravité souhaité des deux côtés de l'échelle du centre de gravité avec une précision millimétrique (les données CG sont fournies par votre
modèle)fabricant). Si le modèle est parfaitement équilibré sur l'échelle CG, le centre de gravité (CG) est correct. Si le modèle se bloqueen arrière,
il est lourd sur la queue, et si le modèle est suspendu vers l'avant, il est lourd sur le nez. Avec les modèles électriques, le déplacement de la
batterie de vol est souvent utile.Si nécessaire, utiliser un ballast de compensation PICHLER (Fig. 9). Ajoutez la bonne quantité à l'arrière ou
à l'avant de l'avion, jusqu'à ce que le centre de gravité soitéquilibré.

1. Rimuovere le parti in legno con un coltello affilato (Fig. 1) e carteggiare i bordi, ad esempio con la lima abrasiva Extron (Fig. 2).
2. Incollare i dischi rotondi ai supporti centrali con la colla per legno (Fig. 3). Dopo l'asciugatura, è possibile utilizzare un trapano (se necessario)
per forare ilparti in legno e montaggio a secco dei tubi in alluminio (Fig. 4). I tubi di alluminio devono rimanere mobili, non troppo stretti ma nemmeno troppo larghi.
3. Montare le travi di supporto sui supporti (Fig. 5).
4. Assemblare la sedia a dondolo con tre parti in legno (Fig. 6) e inserire le viti (se necessario accorciarle).Inserire le boccole da 6x5 mm in modo appropriato,
mantenendo un movimento fluido.
5. Consigliamo di verniciare la bilancia PICHLER CG per proteggerla da sporco e umidità. È meglio usare lo stucco spray PALETTI X4170-001seguito da uno
strato di vernice spray colorata PALETTI. Le vernici spray PALETTI sono disponibili su www.extron-modellbau.de (Fig. 7)
6. Per proteggere l'aereo, incollare pezzi di gommapiuma sul bilanciere (Fig. 8). Per bilanciare il baricentro suil modello di aeromobile, posizionare
il modello completamente assemblato e pronto al volo sulla scala CG con le ali completamente distese.Impostare il baricentro desiderato su entrambi
i lati della scala del baricentro con precisione millimetrica (i dati del baricentro sono forniti dal modello)produttore). Se il modello è perfettamente
bilanciato sulla scala CG, il baricentro (CG) è corretto. Se il modello si bloccase il modello pende all'indietro, pesa solo nella coda, mentre se pende
in avanti, pesa solo nella parte anteriore. Nei modelli elettrici, spesso è utile spostare la batteria di volo.Se necessario, utilizzare la zavorra di
compensazione PICHLER (Fig. 9). Aggiungere la giusta quantità nella parte posteriore o anteriore dell'aereo, fino a quando
il baricentro èequilibrato.
