Battery warning
The built-in lithium battery of the product is forbidden to be disassembled,
impacted, extruded or put into fire. The battery under the very low air
pressure may result in explosion or flammable liquid or gas leakage. Avoid
the battery in a high-temperature environment or being exposed to strong
sunlight to avert explosion. Don't use the battery continuously in case of
serious ballooning.
The battery shall be handled pursuant to the local regulations and shall not
be disposed as household garbage. Don't try to repair, remove or refit the
battery. The explosion may happen if the battery is replaced by the one
subject to incorrect model. Don't compress or puncture the battery with hard
object. The battery leakage, overheating or outbreak of a fire may occur if the
battery is destroyed.
Warranty Card
1. Warranty Period: one year from purchase date, or base on local law
requirement. You can also go to the shopping Web page or contact your
seller to know details about warranty policy.
2. We kindly remind you that the following situations are not covered in our
warranty policy. Please use the product in a safe and reasonable manner.
1) Damage to the machine caused by external forces
2) Wear and tear caused by daily use
3) Malfunction caused because water or other liquid enters the machine
4) Network signal problem
5) Malfunction caused by product connection, or use of accessories that
are not provided by the manufacturer or incompatible with the product.
6) Malfunction caused because the user dissembles the machine by
himself
7) Malfunction caused by other force majeure

4. Instructions:
1) Read the user manual before using the product.
2) Do not throw the battery or product into a fire or liquid.

3) Power off the product in an inflammable and explosive environment.
4) Keep the battery away from metal, oily and corrosive articles.
5) Use the original or specified battery and charger.6) Do not dissemble
the machine by yourself.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST ZTE
AND ZTE'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF DEFECTS
IN PRODUCT.
HOWEVER, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCLUDE NOR
LIMIT ANY OF YOUR LEGAL (STATUTORY) RIGHTS UNDER THE
APPLICABLE NATIONAL LAWS.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ZTE DOES NOT
ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO OR
CORRUPTION OF DATA, FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF USE OF
PRODUCTS OR FUNCTIONALITY, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF
REVENUES OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT, INCREASED COSTS
OR EXPENSES OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, ZTE'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
PURCHASE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR
PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY DEFECT OF PRODUCT IN MATERIAL,
DESIGN AND WORKMANSHIP.
