Method of use and warnings:
1. Failure to follow instruc�ons may result in personal injury and property damage. Failure to follow the opera�ng instruc�ons, especially
damage caused by safety and opera�ng instruc�ons, will void the product warranty. The manufacturer is not liable for any consequen�al

2. Do not touch or damage the components or expose them to electric current. There is a risk of electric shock.
3. Do not install this equipment during a lightning storm.
4. Do not use with aquarium equipment.
5. Never clean the equipment when it is energized.
6. Never immerse the device in water.
7. Protect from fire and other heat sources to prevent overhea�ng and damage to the equipment, including the ba�ery inside the equip-
ment.
8. This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental incapacity or lack of experience
or knowledge prevents them from using the equipment safely.
9. Do not use a water fire ex�nguisher in case of igni�on! If necessary, only a dry powder ex�nguisher is suitable for the product.
10. It is strictly forbidden to alter, damage or obscure the logo and nameplate on the device.
11. Do not use the equipment in a manner contrary to its intended use.
12. Do not cover the equipment during opera�on.
13. Do not modify, disassemble, open, puncture, remove or otherwise tamper with the rechargeable ba�ery inside the device.
14. Protect from high voltage equipment.
15. Do not throw or shake the device.
16. Do not use chemical cleaners to clean the device.
17. Stop using this equipment immediately if it is damaged in any way.
18. Use only the solar panel for charging.
19. When installing the device (if possible), use suitable tools to �ghten all screws.
20. Keep the device away from fire and oil to prevent fire or explosion.
21. If the light is not charged for 3 days, it is possible that the ba�ery will run down and must be charged in bright sunlight.
22. To keep the light working at its op�mum condi�on for a long �me, clean the solar panel regularly according to local condi�ons, we
recommend at least once every six months.
23. Long-term sta�c storage of the product for more than one year will cause damage to the inside of the ba�ery or even drain it. If the
ba�ery leaks, it may cause spontaneous combus�on.

Ignoring the following safety instruc�ons may result in fire, electric shock or damage to the equipment.

Do not dispose of the product or ba�eries at the end of their useful life as unsorted municipal waste, use sorted waste collec�on points.
For more informa�on on recycling this product, contact your local municipality, household waste management organiza�on or the point of
sale where you purchased the product.
Responsibility:
The liability for product defects is 24 months according to the Czech Republic Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protec�on. The ba�ery
life is 6 months, when the real (nominal) power does not fall below 80% of the ba�ery's nominal power under normal and proper use. The
LED life�me is 6 months, when, under normal and correct use of the LED lights, at least 80% of the total number of LEDs in the device are
guaranteed to be lit.
The seller's claim for liability for defects is ex�nguished in the event of:
- Damage due to improper use or use of the equipment in unsuitable condi�ons.
- Failure to comply with the technical specifica�ons and instruc�ons for use of the equipment.
- A�empts by the user to repair, assemble or dismantle the equipment in an unprofessional manner.
- Damage to the equipment or any part thereof due to natural elements, e.g. lightning, water, mechanical damage, etc.
- Damage to the equipment or any part thereof due to unprofessional handling.
