3. Fahrbereitschaft erstellen:
a)
Adapter mit eingehängtem Rollstuhl
nach hinten kippen bis sich alle 4
weissen Rollen innerhalb der Führungs-
schiene befinden.
b)
Adapter zum Chassisende nach
hinten ziehen bis der Hakenriegel
einrastet. Erst die kontaktgesicherte
Verriegelung (unlösbar unter Belastung)
schaltet den Antrieb frei.
4. Fahrfunktion:
(Schlüsselschalter auf "ON")
- gewünschte Fahrtrichtung an

Taste 17 einstellen.
- mittels Gasdrehgriff 1 setzt sich die
Treppenraupe in fein dosierbarer
Geschwindigkeit in Bewegung.
Achtung
Die Position des Passagiers bzw.
der Bedienungsperson ist immer
mit Rücken zur Treppe hin gerichtet,
sowohl bei der Aufwärts- wie bei
der Abwärtsfahrt!
5. Überfahren der obersten Stufe:
Wenn die "STOP"-Marke die oberste
Stufe erreicht hat, Fahrt unterbrechen
und das Gefährt durch Drücken resp.

Ziehen an den Führungsgriffen in die
jeweils andere Ebene (Treppe oder
Podest) umschwenken, dann erst die
Fahrt fortsetzen!

6. Fahren/Wenden auf der Ebene:
Durch leichtes Niederdrücken (nicht
Anheben!) der Handgriffe heben die
die Raupenbänder vom Boden ab,
worauf antriebslose Wende- und Fahr-
manöver leicht ausgeführt werden
können.
7. Adapter entriegeln und Rollstuhl
aushängen:

Adapter mittels Handgriffen ganz
nach hinten (ca. 5mm) in Pfeilrichtung

"B" ziehen, hierzu mit Fuss auf
Raupenband Gegendruck geben.
Dadurch wird die Verriegelung entlastet
und kann durch Anheben des
Handlösehebels 5 in Pfeilrichtung "L"
mühelos gelöst werden.
Nach Öffnung der Verriegelung den
Adapter durch Schub in Pfeilrichtung
"F" zum vorderen Chassisende gleiten
lassen, aufrichten und Rollstuhl auf den
Boden stellen, Sicherheitsgurt öffnen,
Kugelgriff ziehen, Rollstuhlhalterung
nach unten lassen und Klammern
mittels Breitenverstellhebel 6 öffnen.

3. Positioning into drive position:
a)
Bend the adaptor including the
wheelchair backwards until all 4
white rolls are placed in the gliding
track..
b)
Pull the adaptor backwards until
the the locking bolt clicks in.
The locking device with safety
contact only (not to release under
load) is setting free the drive.
4. Put into operation:
(Key switch to "ON")
- choose the desired driving direction
by switch 17.
- speed controlled by throttle handle
1 the staircrawler will be put into
operation.
Attention:
All stairs have always to be
overcome with backs of passenger
and the operating person being
positioned to the stair, weather for
going upstairs or downstairs!
5. Moving at the top of the stair:
I
f the "STOP" mark has reached the
upper level edge of the stairflight, the
journey is to be stopped and the
machine to be turned into the other
bevel (stairflight or landing) by pulling
or pushing the handles, only now
continue the journey!
6. Moving on flat ground:
By slightly pushing down (not lifting!)
of the handles the tracks will lift up
from ground, so that by turning and
driving manoeuvres can be
exercised even without motordriven.
7. Releasing adaptor and
wheelchair:
First tear far back (appr. 5mm)
adaptor in direction "B" by putting
your foot on the trackband. This is
unloading the locking device and
allows an easy releasing by lifting
the handlever 5 in direction "L".
After releasing the locking device
push the adaptor in direction "F"
and let it roll to the front end of the
chassis, lift the adaptor so that the
wheelchair come on its wheels.
Open the safety belt, pull the
ballgrip, let glide the wheelchair-
holder downwards and open the
cramps by the width adjustment
lever 6.
