DESCRIPTION OF THE BUTTONS AND CONNECTORS

CHARGING THE BATTERY:
Plug the USB connector of the supplied USB cable into a mains power adaptor and the other end to the Type-C input (5) of
the speaker. The indicator will light up in red. When the built-in battery is fully charged, the indicator will turn off.
CHARGING A SMARTPHONE
1. Plug the USB connector of the supplied USB cable into a power adaptor and the Type-C connector to the wireless
charger (5). The built-in battery starts charging and the indicators next to the USB input (5) will light up in white.
2. Place the smartphone device that needs to be charged on the charging area (1) of the product. The white light turns to
blue during the charging process of the phone.
3. When the built-in battery runs low, a sound is emitted which means that the battery has to be charged immediately.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BATTERIES
This symbol indicates that used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but deposed correctly in
accordance with your local regulations. Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the
like. When the internal batteries are not to be used, remove them to avoid damage caused by battery leakage or cor-
rosion.
IMPORTANT NOTE : APPLIANCES CONTAINING LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
1. PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery
2. Charge the battery regularly after each use. Don't wait until it is discharged!
3. DON'T allow the battery to discharge completely, otherwise it will lose 20% of its capacity or even be totally
damaged! If the voltage becomes too low, the internal circuits are not powered anymore and it will become impossible
to recharge the battery!
4. If you don't use the unit for a longer period of time, it is recommended to charge it at 40% of its capacity and check/
charge it once per month.
The life time of the battery depends on the observance of these recommendations.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged batteries further to the non-observance of these basic rules.
TURN ON AND PAIR THE SPEAKER
Press the Play button  for about 3 seconds. You will hear a beep sound. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash which
means that the speaker is in pairing mode.
At this time, turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone. In the list of found devices select " SMOOTH-LIGHT". If
pairing was successful, the Bluetooth indicator will light steadily in blue.
If the product is not paired after 10 minutes, the Bluetooth indicator will stop flashing and the speaker automatically turns
off.
 PLAY/PAUSE / HAND-FREE CALLING
In playback mode, short press to pause the song, short press again to play the song.
When you receive a phone call, short press to answer the call, long press for 3 seconds to reject the call.
Press for 3 seconds to switch off
+ VOLUME UP/ NEXT SONG
In playback mode, short press to increase the volume. You will hear a sound notification when the volume is at the highest
level. Long press to play the next song
