Turn the unit off and unplug the power cord from the power outlet before performing any
maintenance. Repair work and work on electrical components may only be performed by
authorized service personnel. You can repair minor faults yourself using the table below. If in
doubt, consult an authorized service center.

PROBLEM SOLVING

Recommended action
Connect the device to the power supply
Try another outlet.
Replace the fuse. Turn off other devices.
Try to start the device without the extension
cord.
Check that hoses and connections are tight.
Clean and replace or contact your local
distributor
Check that the mains voltage matches the
specifications on the unit's nameplate.
Allow the unit to cool for 5 minutes. Clean the
nozzle
Allow the unit to operate with the drain open
until normal operating pressure is restored.
Check that the supply specification water
corresponds to the demanding parameters.
Note: Avoid using long, thin hoses (½"
minimum)
Clean nozzle/filter
Straighten hose
Wait for the pump/hoses or accessory to thaw
Connect the water inlet.
