PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Carefully follow the steps described in the quick installation guide in order
to guarantee your safety. We would strongly recommend you read the
instruction manual before using the various accessories in this kit.

• Check that the X-RIDE mount is securely fixed before any use.
• Use of the X-BLOCKER is mandatory to secure your mobile. Before
leaving, carefully check that the X-BLOCKER is correctly clipped to your
smartphone (X-BLOCKER supplied with your smartphone).

• We recommend securing the phone with the leash provided in your
Crosscall X-RIDE box.
• If you do not take your smartphone with you when using your bike, we
recommend removing your X-BLOCKER from the X-RIDE so as not to lose

it.
• Be sure to loosen the screws from the twin multi-directional ball joints on
your mount when this is not used so as to prevent unnecessary tension
that can cause the product to deform over the long term.

• Before connecting your Crosscall phone to the mount using the magnetic
X-LINK™* connector, check that this is clean and dry so as not to create
a short-circuit.

• Do not touch the pins on the magnetic X-LINK™* connector with you hands
or any other object in order to prevent damaging these.
• Do not remove your phone from its mount during your activity and do not
try to adjust it while driving.

• In order not to damage the USB cable and to protect it from water and dust,
remember to replace the protective cap when this is not plugged in.
• In the event of a fall, Crosscall cannot be held responsible for damage to
the telephone.

• Do not expose to temperatures below -10° or above 60°C/140°F.
• Recycle according to the standards currently in force.
• Do not submerge your product.
• Do not expose to dust, direct sunshine, high levels of damp and heat or to
any mechanical shock.
• Avoid impacts.
• Do not use harsh cleaning products or solvents such as petrol or alcohol to
clean your product: risk of damage.
• Small parts may cause choking.
• This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity, or by persons without
experience or knowledge unless they can be supervised ot provided with
prior instruction on the use of device from a person responsible for their
safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
device.
• Do not modify or repair the components.
• Do not attempt to change a part yourself; if a part needs to be changed,
contact your retailer.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

This symbol on the product means that it is a device for which
treatment as waste is subject to the directive on waste electrical
equipment and electronics (WEEE).
Be sure to comply with local regulations on the charger' s packaging, the
battery and the elimination of used chargers, by disposing of them at
selective collection points for correct recycling.
