THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. ITS
COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION AREAS
AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After unit transportation or storage at low temperature,
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature before
switching on.
– Unpack the unit and remove any stickers that can prevent
unit operation.
– Check the unit for damages; do not use it in case of damages.
– Make sure that the operating voltage of the unit corresponds
to the voltage of your mains.
– The unit is intended for operation with AC system and 50 or
60 Hz frequency. The unit does not need any additional set-
tings for operating with the required nominal frequency.
– Wash the attachments (7, 8, 9) with warm water and neutral
detergent, rinse them and dry.
– Clean the mixer body (6) with a soft, slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
ATTACHMENTS
Mixing attachments (7)
Use the attachments (7) for making biscuit dough, puddings,
cocktails, cream, mayonnaise, puree and sauces.
Dough hooks (8)
Use for kneading «tight» dough and mixing minced meat.
Beaters (9)
Use the beaters (9) for whipping cream, egg whites, light cream.
Notes: Do not use the dough hook (8) or mixing attachment (7)
together with the beater (9).

UNIT CONTROL

You can control the unit operation with the control panel buttons
(pic. 1, 2).
– "+/-" buttons to reduce/increase speed or time.
– On/pause "„/ll" button. Short pressing switches the motor
operation on/off. When held for more than 5 seconds, the
speed or timer settings on the display are reset to the initial
state "0" or "0:00", respectively.
– "T/S" button is used to switch the time or speed on the display.
– The mixer speed and operation time are shown in minutes on
the display (3).
– Speed settings on the display can change within the range
from "1" to "9". When the unit is connected to the network for
the first time, the display will show the value "0" (pic. 1), which
means that the motor is turned off.
– The format of the timer operating time on the display ranges
from "0:00" to "5:00" minutes (pic. 2). The time is counted only
while the mixer motor is running. When the time reaches the
"5:00" value, the motor will stop. The indications "5:00" on the
display will be flashing.
– Attachment ejection button "
connects the motor drive from the tails of both attachments
and then ejects the attachment from their installations sock-
ets (1) of the main body (6).
Notes: Do not press the attachment ejection button while the
mixer motor is running and until the speed reading on the dis-
play is set to "0".

USING THE UNIT

•
Wash the attachments before the use.
•
Put the ingredients into a mixing bowl according to your recipe.
•
Make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
•
Install the attachment sets (7), (8) or (9) into the correspond-
ing sockets (1) until they are fixed in the right position.
•
Both attachments should be properly secured in the mixer
sockets.
•
Immerse the attachments into the ingredient mixture.
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket. The mixer will
switch on in standby mode.
•
Switch the mixer on by consequently pressing the "+" button
(pic. 1) to select the desired attachment rotation speed from
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9". Press the button . The unit will start
mixing at the selected speed.

After 3 seconds the readings on the display will switch to the
timer operating time display mode (pic. 2).
•
Press the button "T/S" to control the speed settings. Press
any of the buttons "+" or "-" respectively to change the set-
tings.
•
To stop the motor during mixing, press the button "„/ll".
Press the button "„/ll" again to resume. In this mode, the time
countdown on the display (pic. 2) will also stop.
Notes: To ensure a long period of operation, the mixer has an
automatic stop mode after each motor operation cycle of 5 min-
utes. After this time interval, the mixer motor will automatically
stop and the time readings "5:00" on the display will flash. Let
the mixer motor cool down for 5-10 minutes. Press and hold the
button "„/ll" on the control panel for about 5 seconds to con-
tinue. The readings on the display will be reset and the mixer will
go into standby mode (pic. 1). After that you can continue the
mixer operation.
•
When you reach the desired mixture consistency, set the speed
to «0» by tapping the «-» button (pic. 1), wait for the attach-
ments to stop, and unplug the unit.
•
Press the button (4) to remove the installed attachments (7,
8 or 9).
•
Remove the attachments from the attachments installation
sockets (1).
•
Install the motor unit and nozzles on the stand (10).
