MAINTENANCE
Water treatment systems must be maintained in daily use to avoid failures due to improper
maintenance. Avoid jeopardizing the drinking water safety and ensure the proper operation
of the appliance.
• To clean and maintain the appliance, do not use highly volatile solvents such as soap,
cleaning agents, petrol, ethyl alcohol, etc., as otherwise cracks, scratches, and discolora-
tion may occur.
• Do not clean the appliance by spraying it directly with water.
• Check for accumulated water around the appliance and check for water leaks.
• Check whether the appliance's outlet tap is leaking.
• Check that the wastewater pipe is fi rmly seated.
• Check that the power supply and the shut-off valve are closed before a longer period of
absence.
• Do not install the appliance on its side, horizontally or upside down.
• Do not change the appliance's connections and pipes without authorization.
• Do not install the appliance in an environment below 0°C.
• Do not expose the appliance and the pipework to direct sunlight.
• Check that the pipes are not kinked.
