Before first use, follow these steps to clean the inside of the drum:
1. Place a few clean cloths in the drum.
2. Turn on the power and press the On/Off button.
3. Select a quick programme, such as "Refresh", and press the Start/Pause button.

1. Before drying, ensure that the laundry has been properly spun in the washing machine. Spin
cycles shorten drying time and save energy.
2. To ensure garments are dried evenly, sort the laundry by fabric type and select the most ap-
propriate drying programme.
3. Before drying, close or fasten all zips, snaps, buttons, ribbons, etc.
4. Remove any items from pockets, especially lighters or matches.
5. Sew or remove any underwires from bras.
6. Close duvet covers and pillowcases to prevent small objects from getting inside.
7. Leave jackets unzipped and open long zips to allow fabrics to dry evenly.
8. Do not over-dry garments to avoid creasing.
9. Do not dry items containing rubber or other elastic materials.
