4. Assembly
The assembly tool included with this product allows you to finalize the assembly. Please tighten
the bolt and nuts of each part when assembling to avoid danger. For better maintenance of this
product, we recommend that you purchase torque wrench and basic repair tools, as well as basic
maintenance lubricants, if you are not sure how to assemble or purchase related products and spare
parts, please contact your local dealer. Any other detailed information in regards to installation /parts
and accessories please check our Parts & Accessories Guide.
WARNING: Keep plastic covering away from children
to avoid suffocation.
Tighten all the bolts and nuts with recommended torque. For your safety, test ride in slow speed
before each ride, check for abnormal noise or parts looseness. If any doubt, stop useing and contact
your local dealer before you can safely operate this product. Accessories and any additional items
which are not approved by the manufacturer shall not be used.
8Nm
Place the handlebar into the front tube and the upper cap,
adjust to the angle that suits your angle, and tighten the
screw with hexagonal wrench. Prevent the handlebars
from loosening, recommended tighten torque 8N/m.
8Nm
Fix the front tube on the front fork shaft, rotate the front
tube so that the handlebar and the front wheel are facing
the front; insert the hexagonal screws into the front tube
and then tighten them with a hexagonal wrench. To
prevent the front tube from loosening, recommended
tighten torque 8N/m.
8.5Nm
Align the four holes on the frame with foot step set while
kick stand on the left (riding position). Level the foot peg
and Insert the bolts and nuts form screw pack, tighten
them with a hexagonal wrench and open-end wrench.To
prevent the loosening bolt, recommended tighten torque
8.5N/m.
Insert the Right/Left side cover into the rubber plugs on the
frame.
