Brake
Brake adjustment is carried out as follows:
Adjusting screw
1. Pull the brake handles up to brake
the rollator.
2. Push the brake handles down to lock
the rear wheels. In this, position, the
parking brake of the, rollator is active.
To release the parking brake again,
pull the brake handles upward.
3. Brakes must be applied in the lock
position when the seat is going to, be
used.
Precheck the lock by pushing forward
on the rollator.
Handle Adjustment
The rollator's handles can be adjusted in height to
suit different users. Simply depress the spring button
and set it to the desired height. Repeat for the
opposite side and make sure that both handles are
secure and set at the same heigh before use.
The brakes must always be adjusted so that
they are the same on both wheels Braking
effect is achieved. If the rear brake is set too
light or too tight, it will affect the Function of
the brake!
Turn the adjusting screw anti-clockwise to
increase the tension, then lock the
adjustment locking nut clockwise whilst
holding the adjuster screwstationary.
Brake adjustment reduced to allow light
pressure may be ineffective on the brake
position.
