Description
The magnetic contact and the magnet must be mounted facing
each other in a window frame/door leaf and window
surround/door surround.
Caution: The EN - grade 3 flush-mounted magnetic contact
DC138R4.7 was specially developed for installation in
ferromagnetic materials.
When installing the snap-on metal flange mounting EF 8/20, a
material strength of 0.5–2.3 mm is permissible.
When mounting is complete, the magnetic contact's electrical
switching function must be checked (for example, using a
continuity tester or multimeter).
