ON/STBY: Switches the device on when it is in the standby mode. Conversely the device can
be switched from power operation to the standby mode.

Bass: The volume is boosted significantly incl. loudness function by pressing the Bass button.
The speaker illumination is switched to intermittent white.

Display: Display of the currently selected function or display of the current playback time
when playing MP3s.
Battery charge level:
The internal battery is charged when the device is switched on and the power cord is
connected.
When the device is switched on and the power cord connected, 1 - 4 horizontal bars are
displayed to show the battery charge level (1 bar: battery almost empty to 4 bars: battery fully
charged, bars flashing: device still charging).
