1.1 — Limited Warranty
SOUNDBOKS WARRANTS ("LIMITED WARRANTY") THAT
THE SOUNDBOKS PRODUCT IS FREE OF DEFECTS
IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP AT THE TIME OF
THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE BY THE END-USER (THE
"CUSTOMER" OR "YOU"). THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOUNDBOKS PRODUCT
FOR ITS NORMAL, INTENDED USE IN AN ENVIRONMENT
AS SPECIFIED BELOW ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER
MALFUNCTIONS THAT RESULT FROM IMPROPER OR
UNREASONABLE USE OR MAINTENANCE AS FURTHER
SPECIFIED BELOW IN SECTION 4, AS WELL AS ANY
UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR
EXTERNAL CAUSES SUCH AS ACCIDENTS, ABUSE, OR
OTHER ACTIONS OR EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE
CONTROL.
This Limited Warranty is issued to the Customer who buys
a new SOUNDBOKS product directly from SOUNDBOKS.
This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred
to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any SOUNDBOKS
product purchased from an authorized retailer is covered
by the warranty terms provided by such authorized
retailer. The Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement of the SOUNDBOKS product at SOUNDBOKS'
discretion, and neither costs for transportation, removal, nor
installation of a SOUNDBOKS product is covered by this
Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty extends to TWO
(2) YEARS from the Customer's original purchase of the
SOUNDBOKS product. If SOUNDBOKS receives, during the
applicable warranty period, a valid notice of a defect of any
SOUNDBOKS product covered by SOUNDBOKS' warranty,
for a list of covered products go to SOUNDBOKS.com/help.
SOUNDBOKS will, at SOUNDBOKS' option,
a) within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect:
b) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement parts, or
c) replace the product.
Response time may vary from country to country and is,
among other things, subject to availability of parts, labor,
and transport.

DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS
LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME U.S. STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY
LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
THE SOUNDBOKS PRODUCTS SPECIFY THE WARRANTY
FOR DEFECTS AND CONFORMITY, AND A POSSIBLE
ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL WARRANTY, THAT IS GRANTED
BY SOUNDBOKS. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
CONSUMERS (B2C) AND FOR BUSINESS PURCHASERS
(B2B) CAN BE FOUND AT (www.SOUNDBOKS.com/terms).
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY IN CASE
THE PRODUCT IS USED FOR RENTAL ACTIVITY. THE
RIGHTS UNDER THE RESPECTIVE WARRANTIES, THEIR
CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND REMEDIES ARE
SPECIFIED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE
ADVISE YOU TO READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
CONSUMERS WITH RESIDENCE IN THE EU ARE REMINDED
THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO A LEGAL GUARANTEE.
1.2 — Limitations of Liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE
AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY
FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR
LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED
THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER
DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME U.S. STATES DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION
OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
1.3 — Disclaimer
Except as provided by the Limited Warranty and to the extent
permitted by law, in no event and under no circumstances
can SOUNDBOKS, its employees, affiliates, its board
of directors, any of and/or the company owners, or its
third-party suppliers be held accountable for direct, indirect,
special, random, or consequential damages (including but
not limited to financial loss, personal damages, and loss
of assets and property) whether based on contract, tort, or
any other legal theory, hereunder but not limited to direct,
indirect, special, random, or consequential damages caused
by careless, wrong, and inexpedient usage of the product.
SOUNDBOKS needs to, in connection with the
aforementioned, draw special attention to the fact that
the following actions will exempt SOUNDBOKS from any
responsibility:
-Wrongly plugging in the batteries and the speaker
- Prolonged exposure of the SOUNDBOKS product to any
form of precipitation
-Submerging any part of the SOUNDBOKS product in
any form of liquid
-Using SOUNDBOKS products for other purposes than what
they are regularly used for.
2.
USAGE
& WARNINGS
2.1 — Product Care
Cleaning:
Only use cloths moistened with water without any additives
or alcohol.
Storage:
Ensure a dry storage environment with temperatures
between 5°C to 20°C.
Before long term storage; fully charge the battery.
During long term storage; charge the battery every
six months.
Maintain:
If the battery is depleted (one flashing LED), recharge
within one week.
2.2 — Disposal
Disposal:
This product contains batteries and recyclable electronics.
To protect the environment, do not dispose with general
household waste, but bring to appropriate local collection
points. SOUNDBOKS packaging material can be recycled,
we recommend to sort parts marked with recycle symbols
separately during disposal.
2.3 — Intended Use
The battery is first and foremost intended to power
SOUNDBOKS speakers but is also capable of- and permitted
to charging of mobile phones. Any other use or use under
other operation conditions is considered to be improper and
may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability
will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.
2.4 — Warnings
Dear user, the following section provides WARNINGS and
NOTICES that are critical to understand before using
your SOUNDBOKS and its accessories. PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY.
WARNINGS - Battery:
- Read the battery instructions before use.
- Always use a minimum 100W rated USB-C cable for
charging, to avoid risks such as overheat and fire.
- Improperly handling of batteries may lead to fire or
explosion.
- Use only official SOUNDBOKS batteries to avoid risks such
as fire or explosion.
- Never carry the battery by the cable.
- Avoid short-circuiting by not using wires or metal objects to
connect battery ports.
- Do not disassemble or puncture the battery with
sharp objects.
- Keep the battery dry; avoid use in rain or humid
environments.
- Avoid usage near strong static electricity or magnetic fields.
- Prevent bumps and abrupt stresses to the battery.
- Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature
surrounding environment that can result in an explosion or
the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that
may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable
liquid or gas.
- Disposal of a battery into fire or hot oven, or mechanically
crushing or cutting of a battery can result in an explosion
- If the product accidentally immersed into water while in
usage, place it in a safe open area and do not approach the
product until it is dry, then dispose the product according to
local waste regulations.
- If the product catches fire, use fire extinguishing
equipment in the following recommended order: water or
water spray, sand, fire blanket, dry powder, carbon dioxide
fire extinguisher.
NOTICES - Battery:
- Misuse and incorrect care damage high-performance
rechargeable batteries.
- Wait at least 2 hours before connecting devices subjected
to warm temperatures after being cold (e.g. risk of
condensation after transport).
- Avoid placing open fire sources on or near SOUNDBOKS,
battery, or charger (e.g. candles or bonfires)
- Always ensure sufficient ventilation during use.
- Do not cover with curtains, blankets, posters; heat buildup
shortens product lifetime.

Hereby, SOUNDBOKS ApS, the manufacturer of the BATTERY
(BB4), declares the product compliant with the essential
requirements and other relevant provisions of the following

3.2 — USA
US FCC Statement
This product complies with FCC RF radiation exposure
limits set forth for general population. It must not be
located or operating in conjunction with any other antennas
or transmitters.
This product has been tested and found to comply with
the limits for a Class B digital product, pursuant to Part
15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
