5. Schutzschaltungen
Beim RABS-15 Sub A wurden verschiedene Schutzschaltungen
verwendet, um die Endstufe, Lautsprecher und elektroni-
schen Komponenten zu schützen.
Schutzschaltung während des Betriebs aktiviert wird, leuch-
tet die Übersteuerungs-LED -13- dauerhaft auf. Verringern Sie
in diesem Fall die Lautstärke mit dem Lautstärkeregler -9-
soweit, bis die Übersteuerungs-LED wieder erlischt, bzw. nur
noch ab und zu aufleuchtet.
HINWEIS! Bei zu großer Überlastung schaltet sich die
eingebaute Endstufe automatisch ab. In diesem Fall ist
das Gerät mit dem EIN/AUS-Schalter -3- abzuschalten;
Sie sollten die Lautsprecheranschlüsse kontrollieren und
die Endstufe abkühlen lassen, da diese eventuell über-
hitzt sein könnte. Sollte nach Wiedereinschalten die
Übersteuerungs-LED immer noch leuchten, könnte dies
auf einen Defekt hinweisen, der durch qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal zu beheben ist.
6. Phasen-Umschalter
Bei Bedarf (Anpassung an andere Lautsprecher im System,
Phasendreher im Kabel, etc.) können Sie die Phase des RABS-
15 Sub A mit dem Phasen-Umschalter -10- umkehren. Die
Stellung "0°" erzeugt eine Standardphase, die Stellung
"180°" erezugt eine umgekehrte Phase.
7. Ground/Lift-Schaltung
Wenn beim Betrieb des RABS-15 Sub A ein Erdungs-Brummen
auftritt, stellen Sie den Ground/Lift-Schalter -11- in die "Lift"-
Position. Dies könnte das Brummen vermindern, bzw. ganz
abstellen.

5. Protective circuits
This Reloop RABS-15 Sub A uses different protective systems
to protect the final amplifier, loudspeaker and electronic
Sobald eine components. As soon as one of the protective circuits is
activated during operation the overmodulation LED -13-
illuminates lastingly. In this case, reduce the volume using
the volume control -9- to the point where the
overmodulation LED go out again or flicker occasionally only.
NOTE! If exposed to excess stress the built-in final
amplifier automatically switches off. In this case the
device must be switched off with the ON/OFF switch -3-
; check the loudspeaker connections and allow for the
final amplifier to cool as it could be overheated. Should
the overmodulation LED still be illuminated after
switching on the device, this could indicate a defect
which must be remedied by qualified service staff.
6. Phase Reversing Switch
If needed (integration with other loudspeakers in the system,
phase shift in the cable, etc.) the phase of the RABS-15 Sub A
can be reversed with the phase reversing switch -10-. Setting
the switch to "0°" creates a standard phase; if set to "180°"
it creates a reversed phase.
7. Ground/Lift switch
If you experience a humming sound when operating the
RABS-15 Sub A, bring the Ground/Lift switch -11- into "Lift";
this could diminish, if not totally eliminate the noise.

5. Circuits protecteurs
Divers circuits protecteurs sont mis en œuvre afin de
protéger l'amplificateur final, les enceintes et les
composants électroniques. Dès qu'un circuit protecteur est
activé en cours de fonctionnement, le DEL de saturation -13-
reste éclairé. Vous devez alors diminuer le volume -9-
jusqu'à ce que le DEL de saturation ne s'allume plus ou très
rarement.
REMARQUE En cas de surcharge excessive, l'ampli
intégré s'éteint automatiquement. Il faut dans ce cas
éteindre l'appareil avec l'interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT
-3-; contrôler ensuite les connexions du haut-parleur et
laisser l'ampli refroidir, celui-ci pouvant éventuellement
avoir surchauffé. Si les DEL de saturation sont toujours
éclairées au rallumage, cela pourrait indiquer un défaut
ne pouvant être résolu que par du personnel spécialisé
qualifié.
6. Commutateur de phase
Vous pouvez au besoin (adaptation a d'autres haut-parleurs
dans le systême, inversion de phase dans le cáble, etc.)
inverser la phase du RABS-15 Sub A avec le commutateur de
phase -10-. La position "0°" engendre une phase standard, la
position "180°" une phase inversáble.
7. Commutation Ground/Lift
Si lors de l'utilisation de RABS-15 Sub A un ronronnement de
terre se produit, positionnez le commutateur Ground/Lift -11-
sur « Lift ». Cela est susceptible de réduire le ronronnement,
voire de le supprimer complètement.
