3. Installation

3.1. Choice of Location

Select a location with a suitable range to the electrical devices that are to be connected.

Ensure you have a stable power socket.

3.2. First time charging
1. First time charging
2. This timer socket contains a built-in rechargeable battery. Normally when the unit runs out of
battery , the screen may not turn on. So The unit may need to be charged first.
3. To charge: simply plug the timer to a power outlet. The charging time should take at least 30
minutes. Fully charging will take 2-4 hours.
4. If the screen still not lights up or displays garbled characters, simply reboot the system by
pressing the "RESET" button, which is located between the P/+ button and the RND/- button.
5. Tips: If there is no button action, the screen will be off within 60seconds.Press any button to light
the screen up.

3.3. Set clock

❖ Press & Hold the "SET/CLK" button for 2 seconds until there is "SET" appeared in the screen.
❖ The clock format is HH:MM ss
❖ The Week format is MO TU WE TH FR SA SU
❖ Press the "P/+" button or the "RND/-" button to set hour(when HH is blinking ) , to set
minute(when MM is blinking), to set week day (when week format is blinking)
❖ Press & Hold the "SET/CLK" button to confirm until "SET" disappear from the screen and exit the
clock setting interface.

3.4. Set timer

1. Timing settings: Press "P/+"button, enter into the timing setting interface:
2. The sequence as 1 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off, ...... , 18 on, 18 off
3. Press "RND/ -"button to return back the last interface.
4. Press "SET/CLK" button to set the timer (hour, minute, week).
5. Press "P/+" or "RND/-" button to adjust the data of hour, minute, week. The week have group set.
6. Press "SET/CLK" button to confirm and exit the setting interface.
7. Press the "I/O" button to cancel the selected ON or OFF timer. The screen will show "-- -- : -- --",
the timer is canceled. And re-press the "I/O" button to reactivate the timer as pre-set.
8. Long press the "SET/CLK" button, exit the timer and return to the clock display.
3.5. Set 12/24 and DST
❖ In Clock Display, Press &Hold the "RND" button, the clock will switch between 12/24hrs..
❖ In Clock Display, Press &Hold "P/+" button, set DST (daylight saving time), clock HH plus 1
hour, the screen showing SUMMER.
❖ Press & Hold "P/+" button to cancel DST.
