12. Troubleshooting
The troubleshooting chart covers most of the issues you may encounter under normal
working conditions. If the battery fails to operate properly, please review the following
steps before contacting the service provider.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The load's current exceeds
the battery's discharge
protection values.
Battery protection panel
failure.
Ambient temperature too
high or too low.
The battery is not
activated or the battery
managements system is
abnormal.

SOLUTION
The protection board
will lock the state after
entering the over-current
until the charger can be
activated at the charging
input end.
When the temperature
at the NTC end returns
to normal, the protection
board will recover and the
red alarm LED will go off.
Activate or reset the
battery with the reset
button on the battery
panel. If there is still no
voltage output, contact the
manufacturer.
